I hope you enjoy my photography. Most of the photos were taken with a digital SLR camera, but some of the older ones were taken with a standard 35mm camera. Someday I hope to spend some time working on scanning my slide film. When I do I will post some of the photos here. If you are curious about my equipment look into the "about" section of my web page.
One of my other passions is for my Ultimate 20 sailboat. This 21 foot sailboat is capable of doing 16 plus knots of speed. It is very easy to sail even with the rather large spinnaker.
Many of my photos are at the Bogus Basin Ski area, where I am a volunteer ski patroller. I have always enjoyed scenic photography, especially in the snow. In the Special Olympics section of the website you will find some photos I took during the winter games this season at Bogus. I was fortunate to have the week off work to provide first aid and transport injured and/or ill atletes from around the world. It was a great time and I met some wonderfull people.
In my last section there are photos from a trek to Everest Base Camp. These photos were taken with a traditional film camera with Kodak Ectachrome film. This is my favorite type of photography and the inspiration for this web page.
